However, it's really important to test properly and not fool yourself. Note that after all testing you feel that your double SG combination is better, then by all means use it! I just wish we could see the "behind the scenes" math the game is applying to the double SG combo.
I mean, if it's applying the legacy additive at the end of the equation, it's pretty much worthless. If it's adding prior to the new rings multiplication, then it's worth it's weight in gold.
I also saw a really cool placebo effect earlier. I put on Focus and Restraint it felt "ok", then I put on Endless Walk and for some reason it felt awesome I understand trying to eliminate all variables and what not and trying to narrow down exact numbers as to what works better, but Im just not that dedicated, lol!
I only have one other ring with those kind of rolls and thats my Ancient Unity. Set a man before a fire, he is warm for a night. Set a man ON fire, he is warm for the rest of his life!
Hey everybody, just wanted to let you all know this is no longer an option. The last patch locked down my double skull grasp and made it so only one can be worn at a time. Nothing really changed skill wise, what did they nerf? So I checked my gear and my legacy ring had a big lock over it.
Replaced it with an Ancient Unity I had laying around and proceeded to melt everything in the same level GR I had just run. So yeah, they figured out the double SG was still possible and took it away.

This, along with the Rend change, should help to make WW competitive with all the other builds, rather then the current iteration where it can barely do GR Season 6 barbarian solo sc EU grift 85 12m Sure, it can do T10 now, but being forced to sacrifice a ring slot just to be able to farm T10 somewhat efficiently is just bad design.
It should be a option not a requirement. Is the change going to be retroactive, so if we have a really nice ancient one tugged away in our stash, then it's perfect - or are we going hunting for a new version of it?
Yes, but you misread what I wrote. If a set is so weak, that you need a ring to do what most other sets can do with mediocre gear, then it is "bad design". The set should be buffed as is, and THEN you should have the choice of a ring or whatever other slot.
This can actually be good. No AD, no lag. Which means: Do not push like hell on PTR…. Nerf what and why. But fixed. Except Rend actually does apply AD btw. Dude I dont know a thing about Crusader. You are confusing with someone or trolling….
