I was sent a FedEx tracking number however, my package number seems to be linked to 2 orders being tracked - 1 that has been "in transit" in Newark NJ since May 21 and one that has been "in transit" in Mirabel Quebec since June 10! I live in Ontario!
When I reached out to customer service, no one responds. It has been 5 days already. Be warned - stay away and save your money! I read all the reviews and am shocked, yhe product was mostly perfect anything less their customer service too care of Do not buy from them. We have been waiting for over 5 weeks and no item and company will not provide a tracking number.
Customer service keeps saying well if you don't receive your order on such a date then please contact us and they never do anything to answer our questions or even care that we don't have item because they have our money already. After being informed that the client's private Data was leaked, I asked them to delete all my account and Data, since I have never bought, sold, or really used their site and is my right in Europe to have this Date deleted.
So, not only they had the Data hacked in their weak system, they refused my RIGHT to have this data deleted from their server. Products used: they sent a misspelled shirt that is useless to wear. Not great quality. Logo came as pictured, but the shirt was made of cheap cotton that felt incredible thin. Sizing and cut of the shirt was strange as well, the collar around the neck had way too much fabric so it puffs up.

Wasn't told until after I ordered that they'd come from the States with no tracking provided. Finally got a customs Dec number but unable to find it anywhere.
Contacted them and asked what they would do. A week ago I asked for a refund. Still no sign of it. Very disappointed with this company. Spreadshirt is great if you want to add a quick store to your site that will enable you to have shirts, other apparel, mouse pads, mugs, etc with your logo on it. They do all the fulfillment. I've used them on 4 sites already. Very cool. I really wanted to give this company 5 stars until they decided to play games with me.
Let me just say that I don't normally write reviews but I am so mad that I just had to. I ordered 2 shirts before Father's day that didn't arrive until the end of June. No problem right? One shirt came with no sleeves. I emailed them and they were prompt, nice requesting a picture of the wrong shirt. I sent it. They agreed it was a mistake and offered to send the correct shirt while telling me to keep the incorrect shirt. Wrong once again! I received a notice from USPS telling me something was wrong with the address on the item so they couldn't deliver it.
I yet again emailed them asking what the problem was with the address since it's exactly the same address that I previously received the shirts. I still haven't received the actual shirt I paid for after weeks of dealing with this foolishness. Today, I finally requested a refund so I'm sure I'll be waiting Get verified now.
