Where to get wool in wow




















Located in the center of Stormwind City, a lot of groups will run it, get boosted in it, and some high level players will go there and farm it for wool cloth. The Horde has no comparable opportunity , which makes it harder to farm on the horde side. However, the prices are usually much higher as well, so it is probably more advantageous for horde anyway. I believe these are the best farming spots. Mobs to kill: Twilight Disciples etc. In patch 3. You need 5 gold total for the skill and mount, and you should get that easily here before level Horde will have to run there from the Barrens through Ashenvale.

See map below. Mobs to kill: Forsaken herbalists etc. You can kill all forsaken mobs in the area. Pay special attention to the herbalists who have a fair chance to drop low level herbs, which are quite valuable since inscription. Comment by Allakhazam Depending on your level, you can farm the Deadmines for wool. All of the mobs there drop wool or linen.

You can always sell the linen for money to buy more wool. This is what I did. I recommend being quite high in lvl for this, to make it quick and worth your time if you are soloing. Edited, Sun Jan 1 Comment by Allakhazam Yeah my advice is to get to at least level 22 and head to Hillsbrad and farm the farmers and Peons, it should grany adequate experiance and you get a really good drop rate.

Love it. Sells for about 1 gold per stack of They're really easy to kill and you get TONS of wool. Mobs there are around lvl 22, so it's a good place to get wool when you're still a low level. Need some help find dungeons? Wool Cloth Farming Locations. The best way to farm any cloth is through dungeons, for wool these would be Shadowfang Keep and The Stockades. Silk Cloth Farming Locations. Mageweave Cloth Farming Locations. Runecloth Cloth Farming Locations. Felcloth Farming Locations. This is easily the hardest cloth to farm in classic WoW and is used is many high-level crafting recipes.
